Shows views of Union Station and the State and Navy Department buildings. Other personages: Lt. John Philip Sousa, Sec. of the Treasury, McAdoo. Reel 2 shows a naval parade in New York City. Naval personnel sell bonds from aboard a mock battleship in Union Square. Reel 3, Sec. Daniels opens the drive in Pittsburgh with a speech. Shows a "trench" breakfast on William Penn Avenue. Reel 4 shows a large military parade in New York City.
